The ACI Foundation announces that applications are now being accepted from graduate and undergraduate students for its 2020-2021 fellowships and scholarships.

The ACI Foundation’s Strategic Development Council (SDC) will host Technology Forum 46, in Pittsburgh, PA, USA, August 27-29, 2019. The forum will include several technology showcases highlighting new and innovative equipment, materials, and applications.

The ACI Foundation’s Concrete Research Council (CRC) selected six research projects to receive grants this year. The ACI Foundation is committed to progress in the industry by contributing financially to necessary and worthy research.

The ACI Foundation is pleased to announce the election of Dr. Aleksandra Radlinska as Chair of the Foundation’s Concrete Research Council, and Scott Anderson, PE, as the Chair of the Scholarship Council. These appointments were effective at the close of the American Concrete Institute’s spring convention on March 28, 2019.

The ACI Foundation is pleased to announce the addition of two new trustees—Robert J. Frosch and William E. Rushing. They join Michael J. Schneider, current Chair of the Board of Trustees, who begins his second three-year term, and eight other serving trustees.

Hanskat is the Executive Director of the American Shotcrete Association, (ASA), and is a former Vice Chair of SDC.
